Guided Spring Cleanse Workshop Series

Spring is a great time to reset, restore and rejuvenate with a seasonal cleanse. In this series of workshops you will be guided through a simple cleanse. This gentle, yet effective cleanse is based upon the Ancient Wisdom of Ayurveda. It is designed to eliminate toxins, while nourishing the body and calming the mind. No fasting involved! Unlike many of the trendy detox diets and cleanses out on the market that do more harm than good, this cleanse will leave you rejuvenated. Workshops will also have a strong emphasis on creating space for self-care rituals, and will provide tools to establish the habit of a healthy routine so you feel your best!

Learn to master the fundamentals of the pilates method system of exercise.  This class will focus on alignment, breath awareness, posture and centering as you learn to move gracefully through a variety of Pilates exercises.  We do our work in small group classes, which allows us to focus on quality instruction so you get the most out of your session.  The Pilates Method is a low impact system of exercise designed to strengthen uniformly with intelligent and graceful movement that carries into your daily life.  Pilates is done on the mat, or with the support of a variety of pilates apparatus. This series will utilize the pilates tower, chair, arc and props.  This class is appropriate for new students, beginning students and any student seeking to perfect their Pilates practice.
