Learn the fundamentals of Pilates movement in this six week series. Pilates is known to help you build strength, flexibility and improve yours posture. Class focuses on mat pilates, standing posture work at the barre and pilates spring board. $150 for series. Pre-payment and pre-registration is required.
Book Your Own Pilates Party: Girls Night Out
Fridays 5:30-7:00 pm
Schedule your own girls night out at the “barre” with 2-3 friends. Class focuses on mat pilates and standing work at the barre. No experience required. Class followed with time for mingling. Bookings available beginning January 17, 2020. Contact Jean to book your party!
